Paradigma is an internet native company which has consistently stood out from the rest since its beginnings by working in an agile way and using open source technologies. This has made big traditional companies come to us and ask us for help with their digital transformation processes.
When working on these projects we start by trying to understand the context and current situation of our clients in order to define a gradual improvement plan that allows us to attain benefits fast. With the experience acquired throughout these transformation processes we have done the following infographic, which sums up the necessary changes in a very simplified way.
In a digital transformation process technology is no doubt important but worthless if it’s not understood as a transformation at all levels. For us the process relies mainly on three pillars: agile methodologies, lifecycle automation and cloud tools (public or private).
