Big Data
We are looking for a Big Data Architect to take part in a far-reaching project at one of the biggest banks in the world. You will be in charge of evaluating, defining and executing a project that will allow a complex operational platform – which currently runs according to old batch processes – to be migrated to a distributed Big Data platform.

We search
Essential requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience working with NoSQL databases (Mongo, Cassandra).
- 3+ years’ experience working on Big Data projects.
- 1+ years’ experience leading teams on a technical capacity.
- Knowledge of distributed computing. Experience working with Mapreduce, Hadoop and/or Spark.
- Python/Scala
- Spark, HDFS, Hive
- Docker
- Experience working with Git, Maven, Jenkins.
- Experience designing data models.
- Good communication skills and the ability to make things happen.
The following requirements will be an advantage:
- Development IDEs: IntelliJ (preferred)/Eclipse
- Knowledge of Mesos and Kafka.
- Knowledge of the Stratio platform and/or Datio.
