One of my biggest concerns has always been to help others and in technology I have found an exciting way to do it. Finding solutions to the needs of people and carrying them out, empathizing totally with businesses and realities so different, is something I do not think I ever get tired of. For me, one of the best professional rewards is to feel that you contribute positively to your colleagues. To achieve this, any medium is good, developing with new technologies, applying Agile practices such as Scrum Master or with what is to come, I will be ready to explore, learn and improve.
